Roy Hale builds data-driven systems for agricultural markets and B2B marketing.
He studied economics and finance at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and began his career as an analyst at StoneX, working in agricultural commodity markets and commercial hedging.
In 2021 he founded GrainEdge LLC, an agricultural consulting firm providing daily futures and cash-grain forecasts to trading houses, elevators, and commodity funds across domestic and international markets, focused on the corn and soybean complex.
In December 2024, after more than seven years of daily market forecasting and trading, he launched Champion Trading LLC, a long/short algorithmic fund trading the soybean complex and corn through systematic, data-driven strategies.
He also builds the customer database, email platform, and sales tracking behind MotoShot, the family firearms-training-equipment company in Somerset, Wisconsin, and founded Sales Boost LLC to offer that same engine as a done-for-you service for product businesses.
